Sprouted Peas and Spinach dip
1 cup of mix of green and yellow peas, sprouted
2 cups fresh spinach leaves and a bunch of chives from Denison Farm (their produce always inspire me to eat it all raw!)
1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
